From Thursday 23rd November 2023, our practice is merging with Norcross Vets and rebranding their practice name to Moy Vets, Norcross Lane.
As a result of this, we will be permanently closing our Moy Vets, Thornton site and relocating our full team and services to Moy Vets, Norcross Lane on the same day.
The Moy Vets team at Norcross Lane would love to welcome you and your pet(s) from now on. You can expect the same level of expertise and support from them. They will have full access to our clinical records to ensure continuity of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.
We want to ensure that your visit to us is as stress-free as possible for both you and your pet. Our purpose-built veterinary practice has ample onsite car parking, and it is easy to find.
If you have a future appointment booked at Thornton, a team member will be contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.
Our out-of-hours service will remain within our team at Moy Vets but will be relocated to Moy Vets, Norcross Lane. This service will operate between 6.30pm – 8.00am on weekdays, on weekends outside of our opening hours and during bank holidays. The practice address is:
- Norcross Lane, Thornton-Cleveleys, FY5 3FT
Our systems and services (including our out-of-hours) will be available at Moy Vets, Norcross Lane, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. To understand more about how we process your data please see our privacy notice on our website.
Staying with Moy Vets at either Norcross Lane or our Hambleton site means:
- Any medical history will be automatically available.
- Online payment facility will continue.
- Out-of-hours care will be at Moy Vets, Norcross Lane.
Should you not wish to be transferred to either Norcross Lane or Hambleton, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to enable us to provide a copy of your pet(s) clinical records to an alternative veterinary practice.
