If your pet has a problem during our normal surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear to us that the matter is not routine and we will do our best to attend to you as soon as possible.

We have an overnight nursing team member on site who looks after any hospitalised patients and answers all emergency phone calls. Emergency calls are handled by the nurse on duty, and if an emergency consult is required, our on-call vet will attend the surgery.
We offer an out-of-hours service to our registered clients. Please bear in mind that out-of-hours services does incur additional costs; see below for further details.

Norcross Lane, where you will be seen by our overnight nursing team member and the vet on call.

- Before 11pm: £280.00
- 11pm to 8am: £315.00
Please note that unregistered clients wishing to be seen out of hours will be required to pay a registration fee.
