If your pet has to be hospitalised they will be checked as required overnight. We don’t have resident staff overnight, as we are not a 24-hour hospital. We have computerised patient records from both branches so we have access to all your pet's records if required out of hours.
We offer the out-of-hours service to our own registered clients, please bear in mind, that out-of-hours services do have additional costs, but we are happy to make you aware of these and try our best to keep these as affordable as possible.
In case of any emergency treatment out of hours: Please call our usual number and wait to be connected to our emergency vets on call. Please note you will be required to take your pet to our main branch on Norcross Lane, where you will be seen by our vet and nurse who are on call.
